The following are rules and procedures for safety and enjoyment of your stay at our facilities.

| SPEED LIMIT | 5 MPH |
| WARNING | Potentially dangerous animals, plants, reptiles and insects inhabit the desert terrain. Watch childres and pets. |
| CHECK OUT TIME | 13:00 Noon on day of scheduled departure. Please replace cover on sewer and leave site clean before leaving . |
| EXTENDED STAY | RVers and thens, whom wish to extend their stay with us must notify no later than 11:00 AM on their scheduled departure day. |
| SAFETTY | The main entrance will close at 10:00 pm. |
| BEHAVIOR | Residents guests are liable for conducting themselves, their children, their pets and their visits in such a manner so as not to disturb, annoy, endanger, or be courteous. Do not trespass on occupied sites Do not listen to music in high volumen. Do not use drugs in common areas. |
| RULES | No self wash of RVS, autos, boats, etc. No vehicles or RV repairs. No dumping sewage/gray water /oil, gas etc. Anywhere on the ground. No riding any kind of vehicle, only to and from site. No exotic pets. No discharging firearms or fireworks. Do not make campfires outside the permitted area . |
| SMOKING | Management ask that you extinguish in “military way”and place butts in ashtray. Do not throw the butts on the ground. Do not smoke drug in common areas . |
| QUIET HOURS | 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Loud offensive noises of any kind will not be tolerated at any time. Generators must be turned off during quiet hours . |
| VISITORS | Visitors are welcome from 10;00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Visitors can not park their vehicle inside the facilities . |
| PETS | Well behaved pets are welcome. Just one middle size or smaller pet by RV. Must not disturb others guests. Must not be left unattended. Must be kept inside RV your at night. Pets “accidents” in any area must be picked immediately. Pets must use dog run . |
| TRASH | Please do not deposit toilet paper, or any other type of paper or towel inside RV ‘s toilet. Place dirty papers and sanitary towels in a bag in your trash container. Always keep the trash container covered. The trash container must be taken out on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which are garbage collection days. You are responsible for keeping you site clean. Please bag thrash and place in trash containers . You can recycle your pet bottles and aluminium cans in containers inside the area. |
| DEMARCATION OF RESPONSABILITIES | Owner and management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property due to fire, theft, natural disasters, utility failure, or improper connections. ADVICE: The administration is not responsible for damage or theft to RVs and vehicles. |
| WE RESERVE THE RIGHT | To deny service to anyone-services and admittance to park. To evict without refund of rent paid guests who: Commit act of vandalism. Fall to comply with rules. Engage in ilegal/inmoral activities . To remove at owner’s expense any RV for which the site rent has not been paid. To amend, revise, and add to these rules for safety and enjoyment. |
